9. Bill of Lading and Other Shipping Documents The carrier must issue a bill of lading for each shipment and provide proof of acceptance and delivery of each shipment by Traffic Tech. This bill of lading must indicate the nature, quantity and condition of the goods by the carrier in good condition and condition, unless the goods are not easily recognizable (the contents and condition of the contents of the package are not known) or are not mentioned elsewhere on the front of the bill of lading. The conditions applicable to bill of lading or other transport documents used by the carrier or its subcontractors shall not supplement, modify or modify these rules. If Traffic Tech is incorrectly identified as a “carrier” on a bill of lading or other documents of the place of origin or during transit, this designation does not alter or modify in any way the relationship between Traffic Tech and the carrier in accordance with these rules or traffic Tech`s role as a transport provider or broker. These terms and conditions of sale between Traffic Tech, Inc. and drivers (“Rules”) apply to all shipments of goods (“Goods”), for which Traffic Tech, Inc. (“Traffic Tech”) uses the services of a carrier or carrier.

Carrier Carrier provides transportation services for drivers and is duly registered with at least one of the Canadian provincial transportation authorities and/or licensed by the FMCSA to provide transportation and related services. Traffic Tech is not a motor carrier or a carrier and is only responsible for the organization of the transport and related services of goods, and not for the actual performance of the transport or related services. 14.2. event-based general commercial liability insurance, including flat-rate contractual coverage with combined limits of $1,000,000 for bodily injury, including death, and $500,000 for each property damage event, including (i) operation of premises; and (ii) contractual liability for the carrier`s liability under any indemnification agreements between Traffic Tech and the carrier. 14.4. Event-based freight insurance with limitations of liability of at least USD 100,000 per shipment.
