The ZoomInfo Partner API is a set of web services that provide access to information about HTTP requirements. ZoomInfo partner API requirements or calls are executed through properly formatted URLs. URLs are created manually or programwise. The URL is composed of several parts that must be assembled correctly for the requirement to be successful and for the data to be returned. The rest of this section provides an overview of the ZoomInfo partner API and the data types returned. The term of this Agreement begins when you first access these Terms and will remain in effect until terminated by either party, provided that your license expires earlier or terminates as intended. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time without notice to the other party. ZoomInfo may terminate this Agreement by terminating your access to the Service, in which case ZoomInfo will immediately cease accessing the Contact Information. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling or using the Application, in which case you agree to discontinue use of the Services.

In the event of termination for any reason, the license is automatically terminated and you must immediately cease using the Services, including the Licensed Materials. 13.3 Global Agreement.
