		<description>What I think would be really useful would be bins, and other such &quot;civic amenities&quot;, that could fight back. Or at least make it legal to lay into &quot;gangs of baseball-bat wielding teen ne&#039;er-do-wells&quot; with our own weapons of choice.

Give a bin an uzi, or a post box a chainsaw, and see how long the problem persists.
